Known for his dynamic performances and fearless improvisation, Cory has become a standout figure in the Pacific Northwest’s music community. His playing philosophy—“like it’s my last time, every time”—infuses every note with intention and intensity. He has shared the stage with a wide range of artists including Jarrod Lawson, Aminé, Mae.Sun, and greaterkind, always bringing a unique blend of groove, sensitivity, and fire. In addition to his work as a performer, Cory is a committed music educator, teaching at Sunset High School and mentoring young musicians across the Portland area.
